And the days seem…

to be going faster and faster. Now that school is coming up in about 2 weeks my days are just racing by. I can’t believe that the school year is starting soon. It doesn’t feel like it should be starting. And although I want to go back to school and see all of my friends and get back into the swing of things, I’m also a little aprehensive about returning. I want to get good grades, and get a good career out of this education I’ll be recieving. I love to write and I can’t imagine myself doing anything else for the rest of my life. But I’m still not sure that the path I’m on is the one I’m supposed to continue on. I know that I’ll end up where I need to and that life will take me where it wants, but I would like some kind of knowledge of where it’s sending me.
I’ve been thinking harder and harder about taking the broadcast journalism course after I am done the print journalism course. I like the idea of possibly doing radio or webcasting but I’m not too sure yet. Or for all I know I could end up wanting to do something different. I don’t know yet.
As for the rest of my life everything seems to be going great. I got my test results back and I have some kind of bad bacteria in my digetive system so I am back on antibiotics. And I’m taking some new medication for my cough that hasn’t gone away yet.
My tattoo is taking longer to heal than I had anticipated and it’s also healing differently than what I had thought. It is scabbing up pretty bad in some places and, me being the kind of hyperchondriac that I am, I panicked a little and called the tattoo shop that I had it done at. They said that it is healing the way it should and not to worry. So I let my panic slide away and now I’m calm and cool about it.
I’m now going to go and try and sleep off my headache, or at least relax and read a book.
Later days!
YAY TATTOO!!

Ok so I got my new tattoo done! Finally! Kai paid for it as a type of going-back-to-school gift… I think he just likes to buy me stuff and I hardly ever take him up onthe offer LOL.
I must interrupt that thought with a quick other one of: HOLY CRAP ITS WINDY OUTSIDE! And there is a lot of thunder… woo thunderstorms.
Back to my original thought. We went to Hardcore Tattoo in London and it took about 2 hours to complete the tattoo. It’s a design I thought up, not very imaginative, of 5 butterflies. Each butterfly represents a member of my family and each is a different colour. MM is a spring green, DD is a darker more emerald green, my sister is blue, I am purple, and Camera is orange. Both MM and DD’s butterflies have closed wings because they are, for the most part, settled and know what they are going to do with their lives, whereas us children are still exploring and finding ourselves. Here’s a couple of pictures (my foot doesn’t look that weird I swear):

Now let me tell you something: FOOT TATTOOS HURT LIKE A SON OF A BITCH! Holy crap, I don’t remember ever being in as much pain. Kai had to HOLD DOWN my leg because it was trembling from the pain. Holy… it felt like a cat with burning hot claws was shredding my skin. I didn’t cry even once, but I was making in-pain noises that started out quiet and by the end there were obsenities coming out of my mouth at a steady stream. But it’s done and it looks beautiful. I couldn’t be more happy with it!
On the way home me and Kai got a little lost but MM came through and helped us find our way.
Now my tat hurts a little bit, especially when putting weight on it (duh), but I think its going to heal up nice and look killer for years to come.
Thats all for now folks!
Later days!
P.S. I LOVE KAI!!!!!!!! Thanks for being there with me babe and letting me crush your hand. You’re my favourite!

I am back! For a bit anyways. I don’t have the pictures like I had promised in the last post of the new rec room and bathroom but I do have stuff to write about, promise.
I have found a place to live during school this coming year… thank the gods. Both me and MM were getting a little anxious to find one. And I found the perfect one! It’s close by the grocery store, my room is nice and also furnished, I have internet and cable, the people are super nice, and I won’t have to worry about freezing my ass of in the winter for a smoke as Fred (his blog name) is a smoker as well so he has places I will be able to go to to smoke.
I also have a new addition to my heart. His name is Yogurt and he is my new beta fish. Blueberry died a while ago and has moved on to the big fish bowl in the sky, and now I have Yogurt. Yes it’s a weird name but I thought of it when I saw him. I searched through about 6 different paler fish to find my guy. For some reason I wanted a paler beta this time, instead of a blue or green or red one, I wanted one that was more unique. Yogurt is pale with spots of green and blue on his body. His fins are also pealry shades of blue and green. His head is red. He is beautiful. MM of course rolled her eyes when she heard his name. Go figure, me giving an animal a weird name? Really? If I had called him something normal like Joe or Mike she would have given me an even weirder look for choosing something so plain and normal.
Besides all that fin stuff I am going to Toronto this weekend with the fam to do some sightseeing and other fun stuff. We’ll be hitting the ROM and other fun places.
Okay well I have to go and read my book (it’s just getting to the good part),
Later days!
