Shake My Booties

clearly not dead so don’t worry (or rejoice) just yet folks. My weekend so far has actually been pretty awesome, minus TM being here. Me and Missy (Missy was Stalker but now that I like her more I figure I should give her a nicer name), went to the mall yesterday and had a BLAST! She wanted to go to Old Navy because she had a crapload of gift certificates, so off we went and when we got there *bam* got hit with sales!. Ok, maybe we didn’t get physically hit with sales but you get the gist of it. 

Missy got 16 new shirts and 2 pairs of jeans! For a little over $200 I believe, because everything was on sale! I got 6 shirts and only spend $27.  The most expensive shirt I had came up to like $4.45 LOL. I hadn’t planned on spending money but I did need some new shirts, winter long sleeve shirts and such, and figured this was a good opportunity for it. Anyways after shopping, we came back and hung out in my room, after the hour long bus ride where I almost, almost, pushed an elderly lady off the bus. She was just being annoying… really. When she first got on the bus she was complaining that the bus before hadn’t come, to which our bus driver called up the other one and asked… he said he was there and even left 1 minute late, then she kept going up and whining to the bus driver. Now I wouldn’t recommend this at the best of time because bus drivers do not need to be distracted while driving, but this lady was complaining in crappy winter weather! the roads were not great by any means and this woman was distracting our bus driver… I almost pushed her off the bus I swear (the lady not the driver). 

Anyways, so we eventually got back to rez, and plopped down on my bed exhausted from the shopping. I have pics of my shirts that I will more than likely post on my photos page. 

T.M. was still here last night and he had a very heated phone call with someone. Both me and Shorty were blatantly listening in on the convo. It sounded like he is having baby daddy issues, and he’s the baby daddy. Creepy. So that kept me entertained for a while. And, of course, I barricaded myself in again last night. But he’s going to be leaving around 3PM today…. thank fucking god. Bah. I want him gone, now would be preferable

When I checked my email last night I saw a reply from Krista about my questions. I asked her about who she hosts with and how she went about it and such. And I got her reply yesterday! YAY So it looks like I may be moving from WordPress to my own domain. And I think I have the perfect domain name for me. Kai helped me out last night throwing out suggestions. Now I should let you all know that Kai’s nickname for me is Boots (I had a pair of slippers once that I wore at work and Kai thought they looked like boots… hence the nickname) so he gave me 2 domain names that I like : callmeboots and shakemybooties. LOL. The last one I think is the one I want to use. Both of them are available… anyone got any suggestions for me? But the prices seem good on the site Surpass :about $7/month for hosting and $15.99/year for the domain name. Pretty good. So I will probably be making some changes/moving sometime in the near future. 

It’s also snowing a ton outside… eww. I know it’s winter and everything but still… I hate snow. It was snowing yesterday when me and Missy went to the mall but not that bad, it was all tiny snow flakes and not too horrible. But today its bigger, fatter flakes and gross. But, as a plus, its not as freezing cold as it was yesterday. I can actually just wear my sweater outside and be fine. Yesterday I had my huge winter coat on and was still freezing cold. Not fun.
