Yesterday was a little ridiculous. After getting up early to drive Kai to work I thought I would be able to come back and catch a small nap before heading with the fam to go visit my grandparents on DD’s side of the family. Well I came back and ended up going back out again with DD. I ended up getting a camera case (which was desperately needed as I have a tendency to drop and break important things aka my camera) which fits my camera perfectly. After grabbing some breakfast for everyone we came back home and ate. After eating I came upstairs not even think of a nap anymore (by this time it was around 1200) and apparently just passed right out. I didn’t wake up at all, not even when they were supposedly making a lot of noise. DD came and woke me up a little after 5!! I didn’t know I was that tired but apparently I was. It was then that I found out they had left me to sleep and gone on to my grandparents themselves, which kinda bummed me out since I actually wanted to go. After that I went and hung out with Kai for the rest of the night. We were lying in bed practically falling asleep (him more than me since he started to snore after a while. Normally he doesn’t but his nose was stuffy the past few days… and so he snored) when I nudged him and asked the time. almost 130 AM!! AHH!!! So I then proceeded to rush and get ready and I left. I drove home blurry eyed and tired and finally walked into my room. I got all snuggled in bed and, of course, I couldn’t sleep. So I read for a while and ended up sleeping until about 300 AM when I woke up from a strange dream. All I can remember from the dream is that I woke up from a creepy dream and thought I was awake… and then I woke up for real…. weird. Anyways so I managed to sleep in till around 1030 this morning with all the bashing and crashing going on downstairs. DD was fixing some of the dinning room chairs and was hammering and making other loud noises with tools. 

 

Today seems like a cleaning day as my grandparents from MM’s side and my uncle are coming down tomorrow and spending the night. Which means I’m getting relocated to the basement pull-out couch… yee-haw (sarcasm). But I get to see my uncle who I haven’t seen in a number of years since he lives out West in British Columbia.

This is Kink. He kind of reminds me of a lion in the jungle for some reason in this picture. I love it.

 

And this is just too adorable for words. 

 

And I think that’s all the photos I have to share today. I don’t have many new ones since I was busy running around yesterday. So, I will write more later on.
